Failing to plan is planning to fail!

February's been and gone already. How'd that happen so fast? As I get older I swear the years go by faster. This makes our planning & preparation so much more important. Whether it's for work, fitness or family life the basics are important; setting goals, making plans, creating good habits, reaching targets & seeing results.
Planning your exercise will help you to get your desired results, putting your enerG+ classes into your diary/schedule so that you see it and don’t forget.
If it’s important to you prioritise, there may be certain things that come up in life that mean we have to rejuggle our schedule, you should know what you are willing to move around and for what and what things are non-negotiable (your highest priority)
Ask yourself these questions
What do I want to achieve?
Why?
How am I going to do this?
Something like meal preparation can be a little time consuming to start with but if you set some time aside it's well worth it in the end, plus you'll be less stressed at the end of the day knowing what's for dinner and having it prepared and ready to go - also helps for getting kids dinner sorted on those busy evenings. Try
plan your menu
write your shopping list
buy what's on the list (don't be tempted by other items at the shop - will power is often needed here)
cut up/pre cook into appropriate portion sizes
take your planned lunch to work - this will help you to not only eat better but save $ from eating out.
As the saying goes…. Failing to plan is planning to fail!
Get to it and write down your goals and make a plan.
