Gen's Winter Workout Challenge
This workout is my challenge to you to help you warm up this winter and get your body ready for singlets, shorts & bathers this summer

Do 3 rounds per week 50 crunches 15 push ups 25 tricep dips 50 bicycle crunches 20 squats 30 calf raises
50 reverse crunches *clear weather add a 30 minute jog ** wet weather add skipping 3 sets of 100
