Plank challenge @ work

Here's a great challenge for you to partake in at the office this week!

Encourage your workmates to participate also.

Get up out of your chair

Find a suitable space and lay on your office floor

Hold a plank/hover for 30sec-1min twice a day

Repeat morning and in the afternoon

Perhaps set a reminder on your phone or computer

Remember to focus on your technique and breathing !
