Great treat this Christmas or why limit it - best consumed all year round!
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup rice malt syrup
1/2 cup raw cacao powder
1/2 puffed millet, puffed spelt or puffed rice
1 cup almonds (or other nut) slivered or roughly chopped
3 tbs almond butter
1/4 cup cacao nibs
1/2 cup goji berries
1 tsp bee pollen
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1 tsp maca powder
1tsp vanilla essence
1. Line a medium-sized baking tin or container with baking paper
2. Melt coconut oil in small saucepan then add rice malt syrup and raw cacao powder and stir until combined
3. Remove from heat and stir through the remaining ingredients. Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and freeze for at least 2 hours (overnight if possible). Cut into squares to serve and store in freezer.
