20 squat challenge


Do you need some extra exercises to compliment your enerG+ classes this week? This challenge is sure to do exactly that!

Exercises: squats, squat pulses, squat jumps

Day 1: 5 of each

Day 2: 10 of each

Day 3: 15 of each

Day 4: 20 of each

Day 5: 15 of each

Day 6: 20 of each

Day 7: 100 squats

Day 8: 25 of each

Day 9: 30 of each

Day 10: 40 of each

Day 11: 35 of each

Day 12: 30 of each

Day 13: 40 of each

Day 14: 45 of each

Day 15: 50 of each

Day 16: 40 of each

Day 17: 35 of each

Day 18: 40 of each

Day 19: 45 of each

Day 20: 55 of each

Day 15 onwards will be tough, stick with it and trust us it will be worth it. Good luck!
