How to minimise bounce
Here's some great advice from one of our loyal clients, Kaylene Pickering. Thank you Kaylene for this contribution to our blog we hope it can help many others.
"Hi there my name is Kaylene and I have been working out with enerG+ for over a year. Many of you who I have met know I am away regularly with work and on a recent trip to Melbourne found a store that was well worth the visit.
She Science is a specialist sports bra shop in the inner suburbs of Melbourne. I caught the tram to Cothram Road Kew (tram 109 stop 36 and then just walked 100m down the road). The shop looks pretty standard until you step into the change room …along with a treadmill. Yes a treadmill!!!
The staff were very knowledgeable and was after a series of questions of what sort of sport you do, a quick measure the lovely salesperson brought out a range of bras to try on. After trying on each bra you jumped on the treadmill and jogged along while they videoed your chest area via an iPad that uses motion analysis software to analyse dynamic breast motion (ie your boob bounce). Very quickly you are able to determine those bras that give you fantastic support and those that didn’t “cut the mustard” for your breast shape or size.
For the first time in my life I entered a bra shop where I was able to try on multiple styles of sports bras. After trying all the different styles and brands that fitted me I ended up with 3 pairs of bras that “minimised the bounce”. The comfort and support provided is so different to the standard sports bra’s I have previously purchased and I am no longer concerned about “boob bounce” when Gen rolls out the ladder or gets us doing star jumps. So I am one very happy customer who came home and got rid of my previous sports bras. If you want any more information please catch up for a chat after one of the classes"
