Need an additional work out to do at home in between your visits to the enerG+ studio?
Why not try the below......
3 rounds per week
50 crunches
15 push ups
25 tricep dips
50 bicycle crunches
20 squats
40 calf raises
50 reverse crunches
It's preferred you complete all the above exercises all in one go but if you prefer you can break it into smaller quantities.
