Breakfast on the run....

Need a quick, healthy breakfast option on these cold winter mornings? Prepare this the night before and save time in the morning!

Easiest Bircher Museli

Serves 2:

1 cup oats

1 cup milk of your choice

1/2 cup unsweetened Greek Yoghurt

2 tsp sunflower seeds

2 tsp raw almonds chopped

2 tsp pepitas

2 tsp chia seeds

2 tsp sultanas

2 tsp desiccated coconut

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tbs rice malt syrup

1 apple grated or cut into thin strips (to serve)

extra yoghurt (to serve)

small handful of strawberries and or blueberries (to serve) or your choice of fruit

Combine all ingredients except the apple, extra yoghurt, blueberries and strawberries in a large container and store in the fridge overnight.

In the morning, spoon the desired amount of museli out into a bowl and top with apple, extra yoghurt, blueberries and strawberries and eat straight away or take with you!
