THE NAME GAME!
All you have to do is carry out the following exercises for each letter of your name and repeat as desired:
A – 20 burpees N – 1 min high knees
B – 30 sit ups O – 30 sec side plank (each side)
C – 30 squats P – 30 sec Russian twists
D – 20 push ups Q – 30 push ups
E – 30 sec plank R – 30 lunges (each side)
F – 1 min wall sit S – 1 min plank
G – 40 jumping jacks T – 2 min high knees
H – 40 crunches U – 45 sec side plank (each side)
I – 30 seconds arm circles V – 1 min arm circles
J – 30 burpees W – 2 min wall sit
K – 15 tricep dips X – 60 jumping jacks
L – 20 lunges (each side) Y – 30 tricep dips
M – 50 squats Z – 20 cycle legs (each side)
