enerG+ punch+ is where you can punch away the stress of your day, getting sweaty and feeling great.


This class is a well tailored program made up of boxing punches & kicks suitable for all levels

Being a matwork class enerG+ pilates+ is perfect for those wanting a low impact workout including pre & post pregnancy.

Summer Survivors


enerG+ summer survivors is our outdoor bootcamp that has it all!

Burning calories, toning up & building strength you’ll target your entire body through drills & unique circuits in an outdoor setting.


All bootcamp sessions are held outdoors and run with a maximum of 20 participants - it's advisable to book in to secure your place.


Personal Training


enerG+ provide tailored personal training sessions pushing you to reach your full potential, helping you get fitter & stronger, building self confidence & increasing your enerG for life.

Individual Personal Training 
You are the trainer’s only focus for these 45 minutes, working together on your specific goals.


Duo Personal Training 
Share your training experience with a friend, these are PT sessions designed for 2 people with 1 trainer.


Monday - Thursday 

6am-11am & 4.30pm-9pm


Friday 6am-11am

Saturday 7am-11am
